Courtesy of Tesco, I've had a pleasure to sample Tesco Finest Cornish Brie. It's very buttery and complements the berryness of the wine perfectly. Can't wait to try it on a sandwich with some grapes tomorrow! What is your favourite brie? What does it go well with?
